White Duck Espresso ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you make a purchase at one of our locations or enroll in our loyalty program. This may include:
Your name, phone number, and email address when provided at the point of sale or during loyalty account registration. Transaction data including purchase history, visit frequency, and order details associated with your customer record.
Information you send through our website, such as a quote request or contact form: your name, business, email address, phone number, ZIP code and project details, together with how you reached our site (the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any advertising campaign tags or click identifiers in the link you followed).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to process your transactions and operate our loyalty program, to send you promotional offers, discounts, and updates about White Duck Espresso via SMS or email if you have provided your contact information, to analyze purchasing patterns in order to improve our menu and customer experience, and to contact you regarding your account or transactions.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies:
- Our own. These keep your cart, keep staff signed in, protect our forms from misuse, and remember for up to 90 days how you first reached our site (for example, which ad or search you came from), so we can tell which of our advertising works.
- Google Analytics. This helps us understand how visitors use our site. Google sets its own cookies for it.
- Google Ads. When you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google's cookies record that visit so we can count the quote requests and purchases our ads lead to. They may also be used to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
- Shopify. Our online checkout is run by Shopify, which sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the cart, may not work without them.
4. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number at our point of sale or through our loyalty program enrollment, you consent to receive SMS text messages from White Duck Espresso. These messages may include promotional offers, loyalty rewards, and re-engagement communications.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further promotional SMS will be sent. For help, reply HELP to any message.
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your contact information with data brokers. We do use Google's advertising services to measure and show our ads, which involves sharing limited information with Google:
- Measuring our ads. When you send a quote request or make a purchase after clicking one of our Google ads, we let Google know the click led to an inquiry or sale. This may include your email address and phone number in hashed form (turned into a one-way code before it leaves our site) so Google can connect the inquiry to the ad.
- Customer lists. We may upload the email addresses and phone numbers of our equipment and service customers to Google, hashed the same way, so Google can show our ads to people who already do business with us, or leave them out of ads meant for new customers. Phone numbers you gave us to receive our texts, for example through our loyalty program, are used for our own texts only and are never added to these lists.
Google handles this information under its own policies (how Google uses information from sites that use its services).
We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our business, such as our point-of-sale provider and SMS delivery platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your customer relationship with us is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the address below.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of any inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of SMS or email communications at any time.
To limit advertising cookies, you can block them in your browser, and you can manage how Google personalizes the ads you see at My Ad Center. To be left out of the customer lists we share with Google, email caffeine@whiteduck.es and we will remove you from future uploads.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
