Program Description

White Duck Espresso operates a customer SMS program to send promotional offers, loyalty rewards, re-engagement discounts, and updates to customers who have provided their phone number at the point of sale or through loyalty program enrollment. Messages may include limited-time offers, exclusive discounts, and personalized promotions based on your visit history.

How to Enroll

You enroll in this program by providing your phone number at one of our drive-thru locations during a transaction or by enrolling in our loyalty program at whiteduck.es. By providing your number, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional SMS messages from White Duck Espresso.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your customer activity and promotional calendar. You can expect to receive no more than 4-6 messages per month. Automated messages may be sent based on your visit behavior, such as when you have not visited recently.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by White Duck Espresso. Please check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan's messaging rates.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from White Duck Espresso at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further promotional SMS messages will be sent to your number. You can re-enroll at any time by providing your phone number at any of our locations.
