Modbar Pour-Over brews pour-over coffee consistently and hands-free. The tap stands on the counter with its module hidden below, so guests can watch each cup being made, and Modbar says it streamlines the barista's workflow. It offers exact temperature control, programmable volumes and interchangeable shower patterns matched to your brewing device.

Recipes are saved and repeated at the press of a lever: turn the push-button knob to scroll through recipes on the tap's full-color screen, then press the lever to brew. One module can take a second Pour-Over tap, or a Hot Water Faucet in place of the second tap.

  • Programmable recipes: save the brewing sequence and volume, then switch between coffees and brewing devices and repeat each recipe.
  • Full-color screen and push-button knob: scroll through and change recipes on the tap, then press the lever to brew.
  • Three shower patterns per tap: pick the size that suits your brewer for even water distribution; the flexible nozzles resist scale buildup and are easy to clean.
  • Precise temperature: PID temperature control, with heated taps for temperature stability.
  • Modular, expandable design: add a second Pour-Over tap to the module, or a Hot Water Faucet instead (a second tap cannot be added when the faucet is used).
  • Optional Hot Water Faucet: hot water at the press of a button, used manually or with up to two programmed time-based doses.
  • La Marzocco app: connects to the La Marzocco app.
  • Self-cleaning flow restrictor: reduces maintenance.
  • Customizable: tap colors can be customized to fit your space.
